The 75 m² flat was designed as a Klimahaus Nature and built in 2024 with sustainable and natural materials. Quality-conscious and with great attention to detail, the living spaces convey the luxury of simplicity. Large windows ensure light-flooded rooms and a marvellous view of the greenery.
