Prices

The prices listed above are for two people without meals, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For each additional person, we charge €20 plus local tax per night.

Children from 0 to 2 years stay for free.

Local tax

The local tax is €2.50 per person per day. Children under 14 years old do not pay the local tax. 

Accepted Payment Methods 

Bank transfer before arrival, cash payment within the legal limit, and card payments.

Deposit & Booking Confirmation 

To confirm your booking, we require a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount. You will receive the exact details upon request.

Once the payment is received in our bank account, the reservation will be considered binding. According to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• From the time of booking until 90 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• For cancellations between 90 and 30 days before arrival, we retain the 30% deposit.
• For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total price.
• We are very pleased to welcome you to our place. However, since unforeseen events can happen, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Check-in and Check-out

The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM and on the day of departure until 10:00 AM.

Self Check In

Shortly before your arrival, we will send you a code, allowing you to check in autonomously and flexibly from 3:00 PM.

Interim and Final Cleaning

We charge €50 for interim cleaning; final cleaning is included in the price. 

Bread Service

The bread is delivered by the local baker and charged based on the ordered quantity.

Ritten Card Guest Pass

During your stay, you will receive the Ritten Card for free, with numerous benefits:

• Free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol
• Participation in various guided hikes
• Numerous discounts on different activities
